“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.”

ABOUT ME

As a practicing Chopra Wellness Primordial Sound Meditation Facilitator in Los Angeles.
Born and raised in Canada, my passion is my mission. After moving to LA and working as a medical/surgical professional for 20 years. I was exposed to the various forms of healing, and through my own experience, transformation, and breakthroughs from this work, thus has inspired me to learn and share these sacred modalities with others.

My mission is to inspire others to take the first steps on their journey of personal healing. Finding their connection with their own energetic wisdoms from within, and listening. Quickly they will feel and see the benefits of these transformative powers.

Based on the ancient practices of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words “Ayur” (life) and “Veda” (knowledge). Using some of the transformative tools like somatic yoga movements, deep grounding meditation with breathwork, relaxing visualization, and crystal bowls sound healing will help facilitate a deeper connection and understanding between the body, the mind and the spirit.

The ancient practices of Ayurveda at Chopra Education, which I want to pass on are rooted in ancient practices, but backed by several Scientific kinds of literature proving these practices can improve one’s health physically, mentally, and spiritually. I consider myself a spirited soul who yearns to touch other spirited souls…

It is said that hearing is the most subtle of our senses…and when we introduce these vibrational pre-linguistic sounds or mantras into our awareness, we can induce a state of relaxed awareness…to our being…

This is the state of perfect balance of mind, breath, and spirit…

This is the state when health happens…

What is Meditation?

The term ‘meditation’ refers to a broad variety of practices, ranging from techniques designed to promote relaxation to exercises performed with a more far-reaching goal such as a heightened sense of well-being.

Therefore, when we sit in meditation, we open ourselves to the connection with our energy, this energetic force taps into our purpose, our passion, and our creativity.

It’s through the creative connection with ourselves first, tapping into the source of our ideas and creativity.

Then simultaneously we’re connecting to the collective consciousness which is the energy we all share.

Through meditation, we ignite our infinite potential with concentrated attention, and awareness, and by focusing on positive things we can impact and change our response to our thoughts.

The increase in positive thoughts builds and heightens our mental reactions such as creative thinking, intellectual adaptability, and an overall increase in the brain’s capacity to process information. With regular meditation practice, the potential energy that is manifested shapes the neuroplasticity in our brains, by activating the growth of new neurons with new pathways that can eventually become automatic.
