ABOUT ME

I am a Chopra-certified Primordial Sound Meditation Facilitator based in Los Angeles, dedicated to guiding people toward deeper healing and self-connection.

Originally from Canada, I spent more than 20 years working in medical and surgical settings, where I witnessed firsthand the many ways the body, mind, and spirit respond to both stress and care. My own transformative experiences with holistic practices inspired me to study these ancient healing modalities and share them with others.

My mission is simple: to help people take the first steps on their personal healing journey. Through reconnecting with their inner wisdom, learning to listen to their bodies, and creating space for stillness, individuals often begin to notice meaningful shifts—greater clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of well-being.

Rooted in the principles of Ayurveda—derived from the Sanskrit words Ayur (life) and Veda (knowledge)—my sessions blend somatic movement, grounding breathwork, guided meditation, visualizations, and crystal-bowl sound healing. Together, these practices support a more harmonious relationship between mind, body, and spirit, creating powerful opportunities for transformation.

The Ayurvedic teachings I share—rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern scientific research—offer a pathway to healing on every level: physical, mental, and spiritual. I am, at heart, a spirited soul drawn to connect with others who are seeking deeper meaning, clarity, and balance in their lives.

Sound is considered the most subtle of our senses. When we introduce vibrational, pre-linguistic sounds or mantras into our awareness, the body and mind naturally begin to soften, settle, and expand. These practices guide us into a state of relaxed, present-moment awareness.

It is within this space—where mind, breath, and spirit come into alignment—that true healing becomes possible.

What is Meditation?

Meditation encompasses a wide range of practices—from simple techniques that support relaxation to deeper methods that cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and expanded awareness. When we sit in meditation, we create an opportunity to reconnect with our own energy. This inner connection awakens purpose, passion, and creativity from within.

By grounding ourselves first in our own inner source, we access the wellspring of ideas, inspiration, and intuitive guidance. At the same time, we tap into the collective consciousness—the shared field of energy that connects us all.

Through meditation, we begin to ignite our infinite potential. With focused attention and mindful awareness, we can shift the way we relate to our thoughts, fostering a more positive and empowered inner experience.

A consistent meditation practice nurtures creative thinking, mental flexibility, and overall cognitive well-being. Over time, this intentional focus supports the brain’s natural neuroplasticity—encouraging the formation of new neural pathways and healthier patterns that can eventually become second nature.
